At Touch for Beauty Skin Clinic, we are committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional care. To ensure that we can offer timely and high-quality service to everyone, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to our booking and cancellation policy.

Booking Policy: To secure an appointment at Touch for Beauty Skin Clinic, a booking fee is required.
This fee amounts to half (50%) of the total cost of your scheduled service.
Upon booking, clients are also required to provide valid credit card details. Rest assured, your information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and security.
The booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:
We understand that schedules can change and adjustments may be necessary. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice.
For cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice, the booking fee will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.
In the event of a no-show, where the client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice, the booking fee will be forfeited.
Additionally, the credit card on file will be charged the remaining balance of the appointment cost, as 100% of the service fee is due.

Membership and Package Services:
Clients who are on a membership or have purchased a service package are subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling policy.
If a cancellation, rescheduling request, or no-show occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, one treatment from your package will be forfeited.
